
Our Promise to You
Nothing is more important to us than making sure your decision to move a loved one into our senior community meets your expectations and satisfaction. We understand you truly might not know if this is the best decision until they actually move into their new apartment.
If you or your loved one are unsatisfied with the services at our assisted living or memory care community after move-in and decide this is not the best living situation for them, we will refund your community deposit and any rent you have paid.* Our mission is to treat you and your loved one as we would like to be treated, and we are serious about meeting the highest levels expectations.
If at any time within 30 days of the move-in date, we do not meet expectations, you can elect to leave our senior community whenever you would like. Your loved one’s stay with us is on a month-to-month basis; we do not and will not lock you into a long-term lease.
Whether coming into our community or leaving, please know we are here to help you make the best move for your loved one.
*Resident must move in and reside in an apartment. Refunded deposit will follow the amount specified in the lease agreement. Care charges are excluded.
